Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Staffing Coordinator to support Space Systems Command programs. You will work with senior military and civilian leadership to integrate complex requirements, manage high-level communications, and drive strategic planning across multiple programs and stakeholders.

The role requires TS clearance, extensive DoD experience, and proven ability to deliver executive-level briefings and reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• 10+ years of DoD experience.
• Demonstrated experience using ETMS2 or similar DoD task-management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of program management principles and practices.
• Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, or stakeholder engagement in a DoD environment.
• Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to develop strategic recommendations and executive-level briefings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government customer’s principal advisor for portfolio strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Integrate policy and program requirements into forward-looking recommendations for leadership.
• Oversee the Integration Team to align near-term execution with long-term objectives.
• Lead development of strategies to advance capability maturation and enterprise integration.
• Collaborate with Government, industry, and mission partners to strengthen cross-functional coordination.
• Manage senior-level engagements and executive communications, supporting congressional and external engagements.
• Create strategic products, portfolio narratives, and high-level briefing materials.
• Develop multi-level stakeholder engagement strategies for consistent messaging across programs.
• Support acquisition integration activities, program reporting, and configuration management.
• Lead or support surge activities and special projects as mission needs dictate.
