Job summary

Atlas Staffing in Boise, ID is seeking a motivated Senior Staffing Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This in-office role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, associate engagement, and client support to ensure successful placements and workforce continuity.

You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial, clerical, and skilled positions, develop a strong candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or high-volume hiring environments required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with candidates, associates, and clients.
• Able to manage multiple job orders and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and staffing software.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates for light industrial, clerical, and skilled positions.
• Maintain a consistent flow of qualified applicants through job postings, outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Schedule interviews, conduct pre-screening, and match candidates to client requirements and culture.
• Ensure new hires complete all required paperwork, testing, and compliance steps.
• Serve as the main point of contact for placed associates regarding assignments, payroll questions, and employment support.
• Conduct follow-ups with associates to ensure job satisfaction and minimize turnover.
• Communicate safety expectations and job-specific requirements prior to placement.
• Fill client job orders with qualified candidates; maintain client communications and issue resolution.
• Ensure hiring documents, background checks, and eligibility verification are complete.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records and data integrity across systems.
