The candidate will partner with legal, finance, and delivery teams, monitor performance, pursue renewals, and identify opportunities to expand Cynet's business across Life Sciences,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in staffing account management or workforce solutions, preferably Life Sciences.
• Expertise in SOW development, bidding, pricing, contract negotiations, and T&M project management.
• Proven experience managing direct client relationships and developing new business, including direct-hire recruitment.
• Strong understanding of project financials, resource utilization, budgets, billing, gross margins, and commercial terms.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with recruiting, delivery, finance, legal, and compliance teams to deliver client solutions.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow direct client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for business development, account strategy and client satisfaction.
• Lead SOW bidding and proposal activities, including scope definition, resource planning, pricing, rate negotiations, budgeting, and contract execution.
• Manage SOW engagements, including Time & Materials (T&M) projects and staff augmentation, overseeing resource allocation, deliverables, timelines, utilization, project costs, billing, and profitability.
• Drive direct-hire and contingent staffing opportunities by understanding client workforce needs and coordinating with recruiting and delivery teams.
• Partner with legal, finance, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals, contract alignment, and successful project execution.
• Monitor account performance, manage escalations, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities for renewals, expanded services, and new SOW projects.
