Job summary

Cynet Systems, headquartered in the Washington, D.C. metro area, seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage client partnerships, lead proposals, oversee project delivery, and negotiate terms across regulated sectors including Life Sciences and Healthcare.

The role focuses on direct client relationships, SOW development, and staff augmentation, with travel up to 25% and opportunities for commissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in staffing account management or related workforce solutions.
• Proven expertise in SOW development, bidding, pricing, and T&M project management.
• Experience managing direct client relationships, including direct-hire recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow direct client relationships as the primary contact for account strategy and satisfaction.
• Lead SOW bidding, scope definition, resource planning, pricing, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Manage SOW engagements including T&M projects, staffing augmentation, deliverables, timelines, utilization, costs and billing.
• Drive direct-hire staffing opportunities by understanding client workforce needs and coordinating with recruiting and delivery teams.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and project execution.
• Monitor account performance, handle escalations, conduct business reviews, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities.
