Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure and Platform to lead an AI enablement team in defense systems. You will own end-to-end program execution, translate roadmaps into actionable plans, and drive a unified delivery cadence across multiple product teams.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, metrics like DORA, and adoption of a golden-path pipeline. A strong TPM/IT background, Agile, and cloud/CI/CD experience are required, with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR Associate's degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Technical Program Management or IT.
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform product backlog and intake: how platform work is requested, prioritized, sequenced, and released
• Translate the Director's roadmap into a resourced plan with physical dates and one named owner per action
• Run the daily management, WOR, and MOR cadence for the platform team — managing the plan to Green rather than reporting status
• Drive adoption of the single golden-path delivery pipeline across the four product-development teams, tracking adoption and removing friction
