Nu is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead horizontal infrastructure transformations at massive scale. You will drive modernization across core platforms, optimize databases and networks, and guide architectural evolution from monoliths to microservices.

AI/ML integration and regionalization are key priorities. You will collaborate with infrastructure, data engineering, and platform squads to deliver cross-functional outcomes with an engineer-first mindset and execution

Qualifications

• Engineer-First background in Infrastructure, SRE, or Core Backend engineering before transitioning to TPM leadership.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to unblock teams through technical contribution.
• Ownership mindset with a drive to treat infrastructure as a product.
• Experience with massive cloud-native systems, core networking, distributed databases, high utilization environments.
• Track record leading or contributing to AI/ML transformations at scale.
• Able to navigate monoliths, microservices, nano-services and plan long-term roadmaps.
• Strong business sense, executive communication, and agility to unblock engineering teams.
