Early Warning is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, resilience, and observability of production services. You will partner with software engineering to embed reliability into the lifecycle and lead cross-team efforts to reduce systemic issues.

The role requires technical leadership across multiple services, defining SLIs/SLOs and driving improvements in CI/CD, IaC, and on-call practices to ensure scalable, robust systems. Hybrid work model with US-based teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software/SRE/devops experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, automation, and observability.
• Experience with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

Responsabilités

• Use software engineering and DevOps practices to improve build, test, deployment, observability, and recovery of services.
• Identify reliability risks and guide technical decisions using data and testing.
• Define and improve SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and service-health metrics.
• Enhance observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-incident learning across multiple services.
