Google seeks a Senior Staff Software Engineer in Site Reliability Engineering for Workspace AI in Sunnyvale, CA. You will own the architecture of AI inference/training infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency while collaborating with senior leads.

You will drive AI-first development, advocate AI adoption, oversee on-call responses, and coordinate with SRE leaders to deliver scalable solutions across Google products.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 4+ years of technical leadership.
• 3+ years designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience with ML/AI in a software development environment.

Mansioni

• Own the architecture and design of AI inference/training infrastructure from the SRE side, ensuring reliability, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and performance.
• Drive AI-first development and act as the AI advocate across teams to introduce new approaches.
• Lead on-call responses to production incidents and drive blameless postmortems with preventive actions.
• Collaborate with SRE leaders across product teams to deploy scalable solutions across Google.
