Responsibilities

Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting and capacity planning.
Maintain services after launch by monitoring availability, latency, and health.
Scale systems sustainably via automation and improvements that increase reliability and velocity.
Practice blameless postmortems and sustainable incident response.
