Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in large-scale software development with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• 7+ years of experience with developing applications/web services and cloud-native apps using Java, React, Angular, Spring Boot, REST API, JPA, messaging, and other tech stacks.
• 5+ years of experience in agile development.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team to ensure technical excellence and best practices.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation in the digital health space.
• Design and implement complex features, optimize performance, and ensure code quality.
• Identify and solve complex technical problems during development cycles.
• Deliver technical insights and recommendations aligned with business goals.
• Recommend technology selection and integration considering performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide the team to resolve technical challenges.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and developers to define requirements and scalable architectures.
• Mentor junior engineers through knowledge sharing, training, and a learning-focused culture.
