Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Staff Software Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-grade software powering clinician experiences and performance management. You will architect and build highly distributed systems, set technical direction, and mentor across teams.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, strong cloud and full-stack skills, and a track record of delivering scalable solutions in production environments.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in software engineering, problem solving, data structures and concurrency.
• Experience with multiple programming languages (C++, C#, Java, Go, JS/TS, Python).
• 6+ months of experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.
• Experience with full-stack development to ship and operate large-scale systems.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
