The role involves architectural design, scalable microservices, and hands-on coding, with mentorship to junior engineers and collaboration with IT leaders to deliver digital assets and improve performance.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in a large-scale distributed software design environment.
5+ years of Java development experience.
5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost‑effective APIs.
3+ years of experience working on CI/CD Pipeline automation.
3+ years of experience working in an Agile‑based development environment.
2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Communicate and coordinate with team members to align on decisions and insights.
Promote adoption of best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
Engage in knowledge sharing activities like code reviews and tech talks.
Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and enhance existing functionality.
Mentor junior developers to grow their technical skills.
