You will mentor junior engineers, drive code quality and CI/CD practices, and collaborate with architects and IT leaders to optimize performance and reliability across our digital ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise solution delivery in large-scale distributed software.
• 5+ years Java development experience.
• 5+ years with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of Agile-based development experience.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to ensure objectives are met.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to align and share technical insights.
• Adopt best practices and new technologies to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster learning.
• Work with developers to implement complex features and deliver high‑quality code.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
