As a Senior Staff Engineer , you will play a critical role in driving technical leadership within the engineering team. You will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact projects and guiding the technical direction of the team. As an expert in your field, you will provide mentorship and ensure technical excellence. This is a hands-on role where you will architect and develop scalable full stack applications, influence technical decisions, and solve some of our most challenging engineering problems.

In this role, you will be responsible for advancing our Avail renter technology, tools, and data to solve key customer pain points. You will also set technical direction across multiple teams as we shape our core technology to best serve our business and customers.
