Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with senior/staff level responsibilities.
- Expertise in designing and building full stack applications.
- Strong programming skills in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience leading engineering initiatives and mentoring other engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and architecture of complex systems for scalability, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and senior engineers.
- Promote code quality, testing, and maintainability across the team.
