Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to strengthen reliability across production services. You’ll partner with software teams to improve observability, automate deployments, and drive incident response with measurable SLIs/SLOs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Software/SRE or related role with emphasis on reliability.
• Proficient in Python/Java with experience in distributed systems and observability.
• Hands-on with AWS, Linux, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, observability, and operability of production services.
• Define SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and health dashboards across teams.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Drive CI/CD, IaC, automation, and capacity planning improvements.
• Collaborate with software engineers to parameterize reliability into products.
• Mentor engineers and codify reusable reliability patterns.
