Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML tech and applying AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes.
• 8+ years in reliability, scalability, and availability for large-scale services; strong programming skills.
• Deep knowledge of networking, Linux/FreeBSD, and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available, scalable infra across cloud and on‑prem environments.
• Write code (Python/Go) to reduce toil and build self-healing systems.
• Maintain observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), define SLIs/SLOs, set error budgets.
• Lead incident response as commander, create runbooks, and perform post-incident analyses.
• Collaborate with teams to drive operability reviews and improvements.
