Job summary

Ripple Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the Trust Platform—its programmable controls, integrations, and tools enabling secure, regulator-ready growth into banks and other regulated entities.

You’ll shape the roadmap, decide which components are reusable, and drive cross-group collaboration with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate risk requirements into product decisions. The role requires 5–7 years in fintech or regulated tech, a track record building platform

Qualifications

5–7 years in fintech, crypto, or another regulated tech space.
Senior/Staff-level PM experience in product leadership.
History of developing platform products—reusable primitives & APIs.
Experience in compliance, risk, trust & safety or similar regulatory domain.
Ability to operate across a broad stakeholder matrix (Compliance, Legal, Eng).

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for high-stakes regulatory surfaces and stay ahead of jurisdictional requirements.
Define scope and build the Trust Platform with reusable components for other teams.
Create tooling for information-request and review workflows across product lines.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to translate regulatory requirements into product decisions.
