• 15+ years of product management experience building consumer products with measurable impact.
• Strong product judgment and user empathy, with behavior change and lifecycle engagement knowledge.
• Translate vision into a coherent roadmap and investment sequence across cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in data, AI, and personalization to craft adaptive consumer experiences with engineering partners.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for the end-to-end member experience.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities using member insights, clinical outcomes, and market trends.
• Lead personalization and adaptive experiences leveraging data, AI, and behavioral insights.
• Translate medical care experiences into intuitive consumer products that feel simple and trusted.
• Establish experimentation, measurement, and decision-making frameworks across the lifecycle.
• Translate vision into a scalable system of experiences, platform capabilities, and investments.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, ML, Analytics, and executives to align priorities.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Coaching, Operations, Regulatory teams balancing value, impact, and compliance.
• Raise product excellence by mentoring leaders and modeling strategic judgment.
