Job summary

Virta Health is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to define and shape a personalized, digital-first member experience that drives activation, engagement, retention, and health outcomes.

As a senior product leader, you will set strategy across the end-to-end member journey, guide multi-team investments, and translate complex clinical care into intuitive consumer products while leveraging data, AI, and behavioral insights.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience delivering consumer products with measurable improvements.
• Ability to translate ambitious vision into a coherent strategy, roadmap, and sequence of investments.
• Strong product judgment and user empathy with understanding of behavior change and lifecycle engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define a multi-year product strategy and investment roadmap for the end-to-end member experience.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics to execute the strategy.
• Lead and mentor product leaders, elevating practices and strategic judgment across the organization.
• Evolve the care model by balancing member value, clinical impact, and business outcomes.
