Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product design or design leadership.
• Exceptional taste and craft in visual and interaction design.
• Strong information architecture to convert complex systems into cohesive experiences.
• Fluent in developer language and tools used in engineering teams.
• Ability to design for failure states and edge cases with thoughtful UX.

Responsibilities

• Make a multi-service system legible at a glance.
• Design system-level observability across logs, metrics, deploys, and events.
• Design deployment as a coordinated act with cross-service coordination.
• Own the complete journey from signup to first successful deploy.
• Contribute to platform evolution with design-led discovery.
