Job summary

INFRO is seeking a senior product designer to craft data-dense experiences across customer, operations, and marketing surfaces. You will shape the design system, own tokens and states, and collaborate with engineers to keep design and code aligned.

You will run lightweight research, translate findings into clear design decisions, and write interface copy including errors and confirmations. This role emphasizes accessibility and visual hierarchy for a cohesive experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design for B2B software.
• Strong interaction design, information hierarchy and typography.
• Working knowledge of accessibility and designing for light/dark themes.
• Comfort working in code or close to it, and in writing.

INFRO's users range from a developer checking one failed request to a finance lead reviewing a month of provider spend. The product has to make dense operational data readable to both.

You will design across the customer console, the internal operations console and the marketing site, working directly in the shared design system with the engineers who build it.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end flows: onboarding, provider connection, routing, budgets, request inspection and billing.
• Own the design system's components, tokens and states, and keep design and code in step.
• Run lightweight research with customers and turn findings into clear design decisions.
• Write the interface copy, including errors, empty states and confirmations.

What you will bring

• 4+ years of product design for B2B software, with a portfolio showing shipped, data-dense product work.
• Strong interaction design, information hierarchy and typography.
• Working knowledge of accessibility and designing for both light and dark themes.
• Comfort working in code or close to it, and in writing.

Nice to have

• Experience designing developer tools, observability or infrastructure products.
• Ability to prototype in HTML, CSS and React.
• Figma design system experience.
