Qualifications

• Hands-on ownership of a multi-tier token architecture at enterprise scale.
• Decisions around token naming, tier boundaries, semantic abstraction, and change management.
• Strong visual-system craft with color, typography, spacing and motion.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve design token architecture supporting multi-theme, multi-platform, and multi-density.
• Set governance and ensure alignment across teams on token usage and evolution.
• Collaborate with engineers to maintain implementation fidelity and design intent.
