Vitalize Care seeks an experienced product designer to join as the third designer, shaping design direction for our most strategic areas and turning ambiguous problems into clear, intuitive experiences with product and engineering leadership.

You’ll help define an AI-first design process, shape how AI appears in the product, mentor a growing team, and drive measurable outcomes for health systems and clinicians.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with complex, workflow-heavy B2B SaaS products.
• AI-first design workflow expertise and ability to teach it to a team.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products with emphasis on trust and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Define design direction for complex product areas from discovery through launch.
• Lead AI-first design workflow, set best practices, and maintain design quality.
• Mentor designers, critique work, and raise the craft bar of a small design team.
