Semgrep, the leader in code security, is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of 3-5 engineers and contribute technically as needed. You will drive delivery milestones and coach engineers to grow in a fast-paced AI-native environment.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid/remote work model, you’ll influence architecture, processes, and team health while shipping impactful software security solutions to developers and security teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• Familiarity with agile development principles and iterative milestone development.
• Strong desire to help engineers and other leaders grow through coaching and mentorship.
