Job summary

Semgrep seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for Semgrep Guardian to lead the platform team, embedding security analysis into software development. You’ll guide integration, orchestration, and distribution of SAST, secrets, SCA, and malware engines, with focus on adoption across Semgrep products and partner tools.

This onsite role requires mentoring engineers, shaping roadmaps with product, and hiring top talent.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading software engineering teams.
• Experience with product development and production deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative milestones.
• Mentorship experience encouraged.
• Experience with developer tooling, IDE/editor integrations, or AI agents/MCP integrations; or building a security product.
