ServiceNow seeks a Sr Staff Product Manager to define and scale the AI-Native Product-Led Motion across the AI-native ITSM portfolio. You will own the customer journey from first AI interaction through activation, adoption, expansion, and enterprise-scale value realization.

Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience with enterprise SaaS, AI, or platform products.
Proven ability to define and execute Product-Led Motion, Product-Led Growth, or Product-Led Sales strategies.
Deep understanding of telemetry, instrumentation, usage analytics, experimentation frameworks and customer journey optimization.
Ability to translate customer behavior and product usage into strategy, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Experience designing activation journeys, onboarding experiences, in-product messaging, and engagement strategies.
Strong analytical skills to define KPIs, perform cohort analysis, and evaluate funnels.
Experience with AI-powered products and how AI creates customer value and adoption challenges.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills to influence engineering, marketing, sales, and executives.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the AI-Native Product-Led Motion strategy across AI-native ITSM capabilities.
Own the AI customer journey from discovery through activation, adoption, and expansion.
Partner with feature teams to ensure telemetry, discoverability, activation, and expansion are built in from day one.
Build data-driven growth engines with telemetry, usage analytics, and AI-powered insights.
Design product-led experiences including onboarding, in-product guidance, recommendations, nudges, and lifecycle engagement.
Develop and scale PQL models and product-to-sales engagement motions connecting usage signals to expansion opportunities.
Identify opportunities to expand addressable market by leveraging insights and AI-powered experiences.
Use experimentation and analytics to measure activation, adoption, conversion, retention, expansion and revenue impact.
Influence product strategy and roadmap priorities through research, market analysis, and usage data.
Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product Management, Design, Data Science, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success to deliver outcomes.
