Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in Oakland, CA seeks a Senior Staff Product Manager to guide the TurboTax filing experience and shape next-gen AI-powered capabilities. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Content, Compliance/Legal and other teams to convert ambitious ideas into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes.

You’ll lead end-to-end execution, balancing near-term delivery with foundational investment, while advocating for accuracy, trust, and customer confidence in every decision.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management leading complex consumer software
• Strong technical fluency; partner with engineering on AI/ML
• Experience shipping AI-powered or ML-driven experiences
• Ability to evolve foundational platforms and drive 0-to-1 initiatives
• Deep customer empathy translating tech into simple experiences
• Data-driven with experimentation and metrics
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication
• Fintech or regulated space experience a plus
• Bachelor's in relevant field; MBA a plus; equivalent experience considered

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for a core TurboTax filing experience
• Identify high-impact opportunities to improve usability, accuracy and customer confidence
• Drive AI-powered and personalized capabilities that reduce customer effort
• Partner with Design and Engineering to make complex experiences simple and trustworthy
• Use research and data to validate ideas and iterate
• Lead end-to-end execution with cross-functional teams
