Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering with senior platform leadership across multiple teams.
• Deep IAM expertise across workforce/workload identity domains and service-to-service auth.
• Production Go experience with distributed systems on AWS and identity protocols (OAuth/OIDC/SAML).
• Proven influence at senior levels to steer technical direction and gain alignment across orgs.
• Ability to translate audit/regulatory requirements into automated controls with clear communication.
• Experience with responsible use of generative AI to improve efficiency, cost and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year IAM technical strategy across platforms and teams.
• Set architecture standards and integration contracts across pods and teams.
• Drive adoption strategies for 700+ systems, including migration paths and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Translate audit/regulatory requirements into automated controls and evidence.
• Lead the data model and tooling to answer access governance questions at scale.
• Mentor staff and grow IAM depth within the organization.
