Qualifications

• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop staff of reservoir engineers and analysts.
• Direct reservoir studies to evaluate performance and opportunities.
• Oversee production forecasting, decline analysis, reserve estimation.
• Develop reservoir models and performance analyses for planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve hydrocarbon recovery and asset value.
• Lead economic evaluations for capital projects and drilling.
• Support budgeting, long-range planning, and capital allocation.
• Communicate reservoir risks and strategies to leadership.
