Job summary

Amprius Technologies in Fremont, CA is hiring hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineers (Senior or Staff) to join our Manufacturing group. The engineer will own process parameters, first-pass yield, and throughput for cell-assembly stations, front-end and back-end, as we bring new pilot-line equipment online and ramp to full production.

You will report to the Pilot Line Manager and lead structured experiments, develop recipes, and drive yield, cycle time, and reliability improvements while

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (related field).
• Experience with DOE and statistical analysis; SPC, PFMEA, and Gage R&R proficiency.
• Hands-on ownership of cell-assembly processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own process parameters for cell-assembly stations; develop recipes and control plans.
• Design and run DOEs to optimize yield and cycle time; release specs and SOPs.
• Own first-pass yield and scrap; lead root-cause investigations and CAPA actions.
