Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Legal, Compliance, Policy Organization to modernize LCPO workflows using AI and automation. You will translate complex legal needs into technical specs, own end-to-end delivery, and drive adoption across Legal, Compliance and Engineering teams.

The role emphasizes architecture awareness, strong communication, and a user-centric approach to legal tech initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical program management or related role, ideally supporting enterprise/legal/compliance.

Responsibilities

Translate legal/business requirements into clear technical plans, stories and plans for engineering.
Gather requirements with LCPO stakeholders and surface the true underlying need.
Own end-to-end delivery for prioritized Legal Tech initiatives from planning through launch.
Champion end-user experience across legal/compliance practitioners and business stakeholders.
Structure program delivery across engineering with milestones, owners, dependencies and risks.
Drive operating rhythm with plans, milestones, risk reporting, and blockers.
Build credibility with SMEs and engineers; discuss architecture and constraints in plain language.
Apply AI tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Support change management, training, and adoption tracking.
Contribute to scaling PM practices across the Legal Tech program portfolio.
Define intake metrics with baselines and targets.
