Job summary

Intuit seeks a Staff Business Systems Analyst for Legal Technology to own the transformation end to end. You will define the Legal Tech portfolio and roadmap, partnering with LCPO Solutions & Strategy and the legal practice groups to shape where technology should go over the next two to three years, converting that vision into a prioritized, sequenced roadmap, and delivering with FLP Tech across Intuit.

You will operate at the intersection of product management and business systems analysis,

Qualifications

10+ years delivering enterprise software products or business systems solutions.
Experience owning multi-year roadmap with prioritization trade-offs.
Proficient in requirements elicitation, process mapping and user stories.
Familiar with legal workflows: intake, CLM, eDiscovery, privacy operations.

Responsibilities

Define and own the multi-year Legal Technology roadmap and investment view.
Partner with Legal Practice Groups to translate insights into requirements.
Own the unified legal front door with omni-channel intake and routing.
Lead build-vs-build governance: vendor evaluations and business case.
Design integrations with CLM, eDiscovery, matter management and external systems.
Prototype AI solutions and pilot knowledge management workflows.
Establish portfolio metrics with data engineering and analytics.
Drive end-to-end delivery with FLP Tech engineering and partners, setting craft standards.
