Qualifications
- 14 years of relevant work experience in engineering/manufacturing with a Bachelor's degree.
- 12 years with a Master's degree or 10 years with a PhD in relevant fields.
- Ability to obtain a US Government Secret Clearance.
- US Citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design workflow to improve efficiencies in production facilities.
- Develop and implement cost control and production record systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other employees.
- Conduct studies for cost reduction and inventory control.
