Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, VBA or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Tableau or other reporting software.
• Experience monitoring, scheduling, and maintaining a Microsoft SQL Server database.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes data analytics to analyze operational processes and develop metrics to optimize performance.
• Creates metrics and data visualizations to monitor shop floor performance.
• Analyzes lead times, queue times, WIP, cycle times, and throughput to meet demand.
• Builds scalable models to optimize product flow under cost, schedule, and resource constraints.
• Develops scheduling tools and aligns SAP/MRP with executable plans.
• Collaborates with IT, ERP, business analytics, and data science teams.
