Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related STEM discipline with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Master's degree in a related STEM discipline with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• PhD in a related STEM discipline with 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Experience interfacing with leadership, clients, and vendors.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design sequences of operations to improve efficiencies in plants and production facilities.
• Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
• Lead training programs for personnel on production methods.
• Conduct studies on cost control, inventory, and production records.
• Develop plans for facility modifications and revisions to methods.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.
