Infineon Technologies in Livonia, MI is seeking a Sr. Staff FAE Engineer on our Sales team to work with customers, translate challenges into Infineon designs, and build long-lasting partnerships that thrive on success.

You will engage Tier One accounts, identify opportunities, drive system-level discussions, and support the account team’s design-win pipeline with clear technical narratives. This role emphasizes collaboration and customer value creation.

Qualifications

Degree in EE or Computer Engineering.
1-2 years experience in Automotive or Semiconductor Industry.
Proactive and good networking skills.
Can break down complex technical details into a concise value proposition for customers.
Experience with AI tools/Programming is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Engage with the technical side of the customer and identify new opportunities for Infineon's solutions.
Create system selling discussions with the customer.
Support the account team in the design-win pipeline and related targets.
Identify customer solutions and represent them in block diagrams for internal reviews.
Maximize BOM share and coordinate with Marketing for feedback and lessons learned.
Collaborate with Sales tandem partner to develop an overarching Account Strategy.
