Job summary

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly scaling technology company. We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff to lead architecture and drive high-impact initiatives across multiple systems and teams.

You will design scalable distributed systems, own initiatives end-to-end, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure to shape long-term platform direction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and system architecture.
• Experience leading across multiple teams and driving technical decisions.
• Nice to Have AI/ML infrastructure, Kubernetes, cloud or distributed compute.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of critical platform capabilities.
• Own complex technical initiatives from conception through production.
• Design scalable distributed systems and services.
• Identify and resolve architectural, reliability, and performance bottlenecks.
• Establish engineering patterns and technical standards.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
