Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to design, build, and operate core production systems for a rapidly scaling technology company in the US. You will own significant technical projects from architecture through deployment and mentor engineers.

You’ll work on scalable services, APIs, and tooling, tackling performance, reliability, and capacity challenges while collaborating with Product and Engineering on requirements and architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Rust, or Java.
• Strong system design and distributed systems fundamentals.
• Experience operating production systems.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production software systems.
