Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to design embedded electronics from concept to functional prototype, select hardware, create schematics, design PCBs, and bring up boards.

You will collaborate with firmware, software, and test engineers in a fast-paced environment supporting deployments and customer-operated hardware, with a focus on multi-project execution and rigorous testing using advanced lab tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Design embedded electronics from concept to functional prototype, including hardware selection, schematic & PCB design, bring-up, and system integration.
• Troubleshoot issues spanning electrical and software boundaries using lab equipment and debugging tools.
• Work with modern SoCs and networking hardware to build platforms.
• Collaborate with firmware/software engineers for processor/peripheral selection and board bring-up.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.
• Support new developments, active deployments, and customer-operated hardware in a fast-paced environment.
• Concurrently manage involvement in multiple projects at various stages.
