Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Sr Staff Data Scientist for the Consumer Assisted Tax – Full Service team. You will lead analytical frameworks across the end-to-end customer journey spanning product and expert platforms to drive engagement and growth.

You will partner with leaders across Marketing, Product, Expert Services, and Operations to shape experimentation strategies, assess nascent opportunities, and determine which capabilities to refine, scale, or deprioritize.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, analytics, or related field in consumer tech/fintech/SaaS.
• Proven track record shaping strategy and influencing executive decisions.
• Experience leading data science teams is a plus.
• Experience supporting zero-to-one products or emerging business models.
• Strong expertise in experimentation, performance measurement, and causal/decision analysis.
• Ability to define success metrics and learning frameworks without established benchmarks.
• Business acumen across acquisition, engagement, retention, product strategy, and operations.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and AI tools.
• Advanced SQL; Python or R for analysis and automation.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving environments.
