• Minimum 4+ years of analytics or data science experience.
• Strong hands-on SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau or Looker).
• Experience applying advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to real business problems.
• Ability to design and interpret experiments and measure incremental impact.
• Ability to build analytical frameworks for ambiguous problems and drive them to a decision.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence partners without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics and measurement roadmap for your vertical, translating business goals into a prioritized plan.
• Design, run, and read experiments to grow transactions and improve conversion with rigorous measurement.
• Build models and analyses for ranking, targeting, personalization, and top-of-funnel signal expansion.
• Conduct funnel, conversion, and incrementality analyses to identify opportunities and size impact.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and AI Science to embed data-driven decisions into the member experience.
• Develop key success metrics and leading indicators to show vertical performance and initiative outcomes.
• Use Generative AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows and scale impact.
• Communicate insights clearly to partners at all levels, turning analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to build durable datasets and analytics capabilities.
