You will frame problems with leaders, run experiments, and translate findings into strategic decisions that grow transactions and improve the member experience. You will build models for ranking and personalization, design end-to-end analyses, and collaborate across Product, Marketing, and AI Science to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4+ years of analytics or data science experience.
• Strong hands-on SQL and data visualization using Tableau or Looker.
• Experience applying advanced analytics and ML techniques (Python, ML models, experimentation, LLMs) to business problems.
• Proven ability to design and interpret experiments and measure incremental impact.
• Ability to build analytical frameworks for ambiguous problems and drive decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence partners without formal authority.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.

• Own analytics and measurement roadmap for the vertical, translating goals into a prioritized plan.
• Design, run, and read experiments to grow transactions and improve conversion.
• Build models and analyses for ranking, targeting, personalization, and top-of-funnel signals.
• Conduct funnel, conversion, and incrementality analyses to size opportunities and impact.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and AI Science to embed data-driven decisions in journeys.
• Develop key success metrics and leading indicators for performance of initiatives.
• Use Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) to accelerate workflows and scale impact.
• Communicate insights clearly to partners at all levels with concise recommendations.
• Collaborate with data science and data engineering to build durable datasets.
