Zusammenfassung

ZT Systems is seeking a Sr. Staff Customer and Product Quality Engineer in Secaucus, NJ. You will lead customer and product quality initiatives from NPI to mass production for global marquee customers, driving issue resolution and continuous improvement across design, process, materials/suppliers, and test.

You will mentor engineers, interface with executives, and own escalation points to ensure quality and customer delight while delivering data-driven corrective actions across global teams.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar field with 8+ years experience (MS + 6+ years accepted).
• Lean/Six Sigma certification highly desired.
• Experience interfacing with executives and cross-functional teams to resolve complex quality issues.

Aufgaben

• Interface with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and scorecard targets.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and escalation points to customer and product quality engineers.
• Drive timely resolution of customer issues within SLAs; implement corrective actions.
• Identify and implement systemic process improvements across multiple teams.
• Host quality visits and audits; advocate for the customer with internal teams.
