Job summary

ZT Systems seeks a Sr. Staff Customer and Product Quality Engineer to lead customer and product quality from NPI through mass production for hyperscale/AI server systems. You will interface with customers and suppliers, guide engineers, and drive issue resolution within SLAs.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree with 8+ years (MS 6+), Lean Six Sigma, and proven cross-functional leadership across Quality, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or similar field with 8+ years in hardware manufacturing, or MS with 6+ years.
• Lean / Six Sigma certification strongly desired.
• Track record coordinating across Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and escalation points to customer and product quality engineers.
• Drive timely resolution of customer issues within SLAs.
• Identify and mitigate quality issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop data-driven quality culture and continuous improvements.
• Define factory build report expectations with customers.
• Host quality-related customer visits and audits.
• Advocate for the customer through manufacturing process knowledge.
