Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Sr. Staff through Sr. Principal Product Quality Engineer to lead customer and product quality initiatives for hyperscale AI server systems.

You will guide a team of CQEs from NPI to mass production, interfacing with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, drive improvements, and ensure delight across marquee accounts. You will manage complex quality activities, mentor engineers, and collaborate with manufacturing, design, procurement, and suppliers to close root

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial or related field required.
• Minimum 8+ years in product quality or CQE roles in electronics/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and suppliers to meet satisfaction and scorecard goals.
• Provide guidance to quality engineers and drive issue resolution within SLA.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions across cross-functional teams.
• Identify process improvements to build data-driven quality culture.
• Define factory build report expectations with customers.
• Host quality visits and audits, advocating for the customer.
