Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Sr. Staff - Principal Customer Product Quality Engineer to lead customer and product quality initiatives for NPI through mass production. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, drive CAPAs, and ensure reliability across hyperscale AI server systems.

The role emphasizes escalation management, data-driven decision making, and strong leadership to meet quality objectives across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial) with extensive CQE experience.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification strongly desired.
• Proven track record driving complex quality issues to closure across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key customers and suppliers to meet satisfaction and scorecard expectations.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and escalation for CQE/PQE teams.
• Drive timely resolution of customer issues within SLAs.
• Mitigate quality issues impacting customers and internal operations.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions across cross-functional teams.
• Foster a data-driven quality culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Define factory build report expectations and data requirements with customers.
• Host quality audits and customer visits; advocate for the customer.
