Qualifications

• 10+ years building production backend/infrastructure systems.
• Strong in Python or Go (ideally both).
• Experience designing and operating systems that handle real traffic at scale.
• Comfort with ambiguity - novel problems without textbook solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop the agent orchestration engine managing long-running sessions.
• Implement distributed session management with lease-based ownership.
• Build event-driven pipelines using SQS, Kafka, gRPC, and Socket.IO.
• Apply structured concurrency with asyncio TaskGroups for parallel tasks.
• Enhance observability with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
• Design caching and state layers using Redis and DynamoDB.
