Job summary
OneTrust, LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Quality Engineer in Atlanta, GA to define the quality strategy for its AI-ready governance platform. You will shape end-to-end testing across privacy, risk, data, compliance, and integrations, focusing on AI-enabled features and agentic workflows.
You will lead scale testing across mobile and cloud environments, implement robust quality gates, and collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure reliable releases and trusted experiences for customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in CS/engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of developer, automation, or SDET experience.
- 10+ years of Java coding with OOP and core Java knowledge.
- 8+ years Selenium for UI automation with BDD.
- 8+ years RESTAssured/Postman for API automation.
- 8+ years in highly automated CI/CD environments.
- 8+ years with Git, GitLab, Bitbucket or GitHub.
- 8+ years with JIRA/ALM defect tracking.
- 8+ years troubleshooting logs with Datadog/New Relic/Splunk.
- 8+ years cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).
- 4+ years mobile testing (Xcode/Appium/BrowserStack/HeadSpin).
- 4+ years API contract testing with Pact in CI/CD.
- 4+ years CI pipelines authoring tests (Jenkins/CircleCI/GitLab CI).
- 8+ years working with offshore teams.
- 1+ year AI-assisted development tools usage in professional env.
- 1+ year AI-first QA practices for AI-enabled software.
Responsibilities
- Define automation architecture and release-validation practices across OneTrust’s product portfolio.
- Evolve toward an AI-native SDLC with validated AI-enabled features and agentic workflows.
- Set organization-wide standards for coverage, determinism, and release readiness.
- Own testing strategy for mobile apps, cloud testing, API validation, and observability across distributed SaaS.
- Lead QA strategy to scale across a global, integrated platform.
