Job summary

Flex-Able Solutions LLC is seeking a Staff or Senior Staff Accountant to support diverse clients with payroll, AP/AR, month-end close, and grant management, leveraging QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with nonprofit organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel, including reconciliations, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, general ledger review, and preparation of accurate financial statements.
• Understanding of nonprofit accounting principles, including restricted funds, grant tracking, and grant reporting requirements.
• Experience with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and related internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Grant billing, grant compliance, and restricted fund management.
• Month-end and account reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and review.
